who I have known for several years.
I first met Bill when he came through the Executive Protection
Institute training program where I am an Instructor. Based upon his
excellent performance in the training program, I hired Bill for an
event in Washington DC where President Bush was expected to attend.
Although the President was not able to attend the event, numerous
other dignitaries and notable individuals did attend the event and
Bill oversaw several protection details within the overall event.
