The uniform that our officers wear is an addition tool to our arsenal in preventing incidents from occurring. Our uniforms are selected based on the industry we are serving and the effect that we are looking for within the society that we are working.

The Soft Uniform consists of a Blazer, White Dress Shirt, Tie and Dress Pant. Our event uniform consists of kaki pant and polo shirts with matching coats and hats.

The Hard Uniform consists of a White or Black Uniform Shirt, Black Dress Pant and law enforcement style coats.

The Peeler Group has also combined what the industry refers to as the hard and soft uniform approach. Examples of this would be an industry site wherein our uniform may be Black BDU pant with a black Polo style shirt with our insignia's. We have found that by changing these uniformed approaches we maintain a professional appearance while being cohesion to the society we are working within.

Regardless of the uniform style selected for your assignment you will find that our uniforms are impeccable. 

Based on the threat level of the assignment which includes analysis of the assets protected, The Peeler Group offers trained armed officers. Our armed officers have proven backgrounds in the security industry, law enforcement or military.

Raising the standard we require that our officers meet all government requirements for our armed operations in addition to our stringent standards that includes, quarterly qualification and training.

In addition to our customary uniforms we require that all duty belts include a level 3 retention holster. This additional security protects the retention of the firearm from others. Additional uniformity and operational requirements include at least one less then lethal alternative such as pepper spray and handcuffs.

NEA Training Center is owned and operated by The Peeler Group. The center provides both static classroom training and mobile site training to outside entities. Our services are used by contractual security companies as well as in-house security departments and law enforcement.
